Introduction to Raw Materials
Moisture-resistant particleboard is manufactured with an oriented structural core, incorporating paraffin wax emulsion as a waterproofing agent during panel production. The core and surface layers form a dense barrier against water penetration. Internal bond strength exceeds 0.45MPa, and the 24-hour thickness swelling rate is strictly controlled below 12%, offering twice the moisture resistance of standard particleboard. The surface is treated with a melamine-impregnated laminate layer, achieving an abrasion resistance rating of AC-3, and is resistant to stains, steam, and daily cleaning with chemical detergents. Environmental compliance meets CARB-2 and China national standard E0, making it a proven solution for rental properties, budget-friendly finishing projects, and cost-sensitive procurement scenarios.
