The fiber direction of each veneer layer is perpendicular to the adjacent layers, endowing the panel with exceptional flexural strength and dimensional stability — achieving a modulus of rupture (MOR) of over 35MPa, three times that of standard particleboard. Screw holding power exceeds 1200N, ensuring that screw holes remain tight and secure even after repeated disassembly and reassembly. The 24-hour thickness swelling rate is controlled within 8%, allowing the board to stay flat in humid environments such as dishwasher steam and sink splashes. The full product line offers optional CARB-2, NAF (No-Added Formaldehyde), and FSC forest stewardship certifications, meeting the world's most stringent environmental procurement standards.
